Refund policy

Starter Admin Sprint is a one-time 3-hour service. If you request a refund before we start the work, we will refund the payment in full.

Once work has started or been delivered, the fee is not refundable. If the brief is outside the published scope, we will say so before starting and will not keep the payment for work we cannot do.

Ask for a refund through the Client intake chat that comes with your purchase.
